Mecklenburg EMS Agency (Medic), which operates the busiest agency in North Carolina out of its Charlotte headquarters, recently engaged in an innovative project to redesign the agency’s ALS ambulances, including moving to a new chassis and redesigning the driver and the patient compartments.
